Philip Good Realty has been at 3750 Prairie Point Road, Macon, MS, its present location, since 2001. Philip is the responsible broker and his wife, Janelle, is a sales agent.  Working as a team gives them a broader marketing base and the ability to give more attention to the many details of every real estate transaction. 

Philip has been selling real estate since 1995.  He is an alumnus of Mississippi State University and Purdue University. He has farming and ranching background that is helpful in working with investors on agricultural tracts. Philip currently manages 2,600 acres of row crop in addition to his real estate business.  He serves as Treasurer and Elder of Cornerstone Community Church in Macon, MS.  He also serves on the Golden Triangle Association of Realtor's Grievance Committee. 

Janelle is a graduate of Taylor University.  She taught at B.F. Liddell Middle School in Noxubee County Public Schools before beginning her career in real estate sales.  She also serves on the Noxubee Economic and Community Development Alliance Board.

Philip & Janelle are both licensed by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.  They are members of the National Association of Realtors®, the Mississippi Association of Realtors® and the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors® with membership in the Multiple Listing Service.  Realtors® voluntarily pledge themselves to strict Standards of Practice and Codes of Ethics. 

2007 was a record year for Philip Good Realty.   They contribute this success to growth in the Golden Triangle Area, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, and a client/customer base that is now in just about every state and in several foreign countries, including New Zealand, Mexico and England.

We both enjoy helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs.  This

area  has  great  people  who  are  friendly  and  hospitable.   Our area offers

opportunities like no other with our  people,  land,  climate,  hospitality and close

proximity to several universities. We, along with our  two children, ages  fifteen

and seventeen make our home in Noxubee County. Our daughter enjoys riding horses and our son plays baseball. They both love playing basketball and hanging out with their  friends  and  church youth group.  We  are  members  of  Cornerstone 

Community Church in Macon, MS.  Together as a family, we are involved with

4H and show cattle locally and at the Dixie National in Jackson, MS.
